Meet Sally D. Oxendine

I am Sally D. Oxendine, a resident of Robeson County, NC, with a professional outlook and journey in mental health services and counseling. I earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and then furthered my education by receiving a Masters of Arts Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in December 2006. I then went on to receive my Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling in December 2012 from Grand Canyon University. I currently hold credentials and licenses in LCAS-A. I also have experience in mental health services with adolescents and adults. I specialize in services for substance abuse with adolescents, along with adult services to assist in meeting the needs of the clients. I’m dedicated to providing the appropriate therapeutic assistance with Locklear’s Behavioral Health Services.
